Natalia LeMoyne Hernandez is the Coordinator for Instructional Technology at the Guilderland Central School District. She's a Google Education Certified Trainer and Innovator, EdTech enthusiast and bilingual in Spanish and English. Natalia started her teaching journey in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a ELL educator and ultimately found her passion for Edtech while working for the North Carolina Public School system. She holds a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. Natalia has worked with Google Earth Outreach and National Geographic as a Google Earth Education Expert to create curriculum content for the new web based Google Earth. In addition to being part of the Google Earth Advisory board for the North Eastern United States she is also a board member of the Educational Technology Advisory Committee for the New York State Education Department.

Alicia Tanpreet Johal is the assistant director for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking at the San Diego Jewish Academy. She has taught middle school science for 7 years in San Diego's public schools, while creating district and site robotics programs and also serving as a new teacher induction mentor. She is an adjunct professor who teaches and supports pre-service educators in science pedagogy, technology and engagement. Alicia is an equity warrior who works to create opportunities on and off campus for her students to have access and achievement in science. She has been recognized by state and federal programs for her work creating inclusive STEM programs, building community partnerships, and being a champion of of equity. Alicia has presented at local, state and national conferences on topics including technology equity, action research on supporting language learners, mastery-based learning, middle school robotics and science engagement.

Santi is the founder of Project Recess, an ed tech consultancy that supports New York City Public Schools in the implementation and use of digital tools. Santi also co-founded OpenSchool ePortfolio, a web and mobile app that allows students and teachers to create digital portfolios for authentic assessment and project-based learning. Santi is a Pahara NextGen Fellow as well as a Google Certified Innovator working to develop underrepresented groups within the ed tech space. In keeping with his commitment to strengthening student learning and empowering educators, Santi regularly leads workshops and professional development opportunities around New York City. Dr. Ntoya has been in education for almost 2 decades. He has a breadth of experience from working in high performing districts to working in school settings that need more resources than they had available. Dr. Ntoya has also worked closely with school and district leaders and gets to witness how important a seat at the table is and why we need more diversity present. This experience gives Dr. Ntoya a first person experience on why diversity is vital in our education system.
